GM&C developed the GM&CLOG system via Web to manage the post-sale processes of products under warranty or express technical assistance, where the customer can keep up, from the opening of the call in your call center, logistics and technical assistance until the return of the repaired service to the final customer, over the Internet or service order.

The System includes management reports for the follow-up of deadlines by stages of call, backup stock (loans) and mainly the average service time.
